good pubs

me and the missus are visiting robin hoods bay nr Whitby for a couple of days has any one been there and are there any good pubs ???

There are several pubs. Starting at the bottom of the village - The Bay Hotel, The Dolphin, The Laurel Inn. Up at the top, The Victoria Hotel and The Grosvenor Hotel. Quite a few to be going on with. There's also The Fylingdales in the next village Fylingthorpe.
My hubby likes the John Smiths in The Laurel. If by any chance it's warm enough The Victoria has a lovely beer garden with views across to Ravenscar. Breath taking.
We go to RHB several times a year. Our next trip is for Christmas and the New Year. Roll on, I can't wait.
