Is it possible to send a parcel overseas to a delivery office rather than a home address? My friend overseas is saying that the post office can arrange to have it delivered to her via the collection office by providing her with the item reference number, but I have asked at the PO here and nobody seems to know about this. She tells me that its possible to send to Peru via SERPAK overseas. Please help!
* the reason why I must not send it to her home is because her nan shares the same name as her and could sign for it and keep it as she has previously done, because they dont have a good relationship.

You certainly seem to have some mail problems. First it's Dublin, now it's Peru ;-)

I've never heard of 'SERPAK' and neither has Google. All it wants to offer me is information about an adhesives company and hundreds of pages in Hungarian!

Almost every post office in the world will hold mail, including packages, for callers. Simply address the mail as follows:

Name (in full so that it can be checked against ID)
Poste Restante
Lista de Correos
Correo Central
Town or City
Peru.

Your friend then just needs to take some ID to the town's central post office and collect the package.
