Trailer music for BBC's 'Judge John Deed'

Does anyone know the title of the music used to trail episodes of Judge John Deed (accompanying a long horizontal panning shot of wigs and legal books etc?)

 

It's not used in the actual episodes at all... 

 

Best I can describe it is syncopated piano chords with hands clapping over the top!

 

Just love it!

Hi, I did post an answer but I didn't show up! Anyway what I said was ...... this tune is used in the re make of The Thomas Crown Affair and I believe it's Nina Simone. I know it's on the film's soundtrack. Good luck!

For anyone who's checking this out at a later date, Gucci Gal was right, it is Nina Simone's version of Sinner Man.
