Partner has moved out opened up new bank account so he can pay half mortgage into joint account.What do i do if he doesn't pay?

You need to get him to sign something and start up a direct debit

Thanks can't really think of money right now going through radiotherapy at moment good timing or what trying to keep clear head.But i know now whati have to do. Always amicable to start.
