When people send me emails or messages on groups with photos or links I sometimes only get an empty box with a small red X in the top corner and sometimes a message saying 'attachment not stored'. Now I am sure there must be a setting that needs to be changed somewhere, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Unsure if a setting needs changing, but have you tried clicking the X with the RH button on your mouse, a menu will appear, you then click on Show Picture (LH button)
