Watching Alice Roberts on Coast (BBC2) in a delicious shellsuit, the khaki type with pockets, drives me to wonder what she has on underneath, if anything. I know the poor girl can't speak properly, an affliction common in the north, but what hair !! I first had these thoughts about Jon Snow, then and still Lindsey Hilsum, and also Natasha Kaplinsky. Are you ever distracted from the meaning of a programme with wondering about the presenters' underwear ?

I cant see natasha kaplinski's appeal.i know i'm a woman, but she's a non-entity-plain, flat-chested and all the charisma of paper doilie.each to their own i suppose, and men pretending to be upper class :-)
