Sky Call Centre hold for 28 minutes

My Sky+ box is again showing no input on Line 2.
They came last week changed the LNB and the Box.
That only leaves the cable I think ?
Anyway trying to get through is dreadful this morning it said calls are being answered in excess of 28 minutes. How can you hold for 28 minutes ?

go through the options for upgrading your package they answer quicker if they think they can get more money out of you.

Thanks. I will try that but dont they transfer you back to the faults queue once they know it is not more business ?
