If its a 2005, it should still be within its 3 year warrenty, if its been serviced regulary with the dealer. I would take it back to ford and ask them to sort it. The pollen filter is changed on the service, so if it hasnt been serviced lately that could be the answer. A blocked filter can cause poor airflow, trapping moisture, which will condense onto your screen.

The car is still in warranty but they said it was a consumable and if i wanted them to look at it outside normal service time (next one due 05/07) they will charge me for it, so can anyone tell me where it is so i can change it myself
