how can I find out if im divorced without going to court.
I applied for divorce through my solicitor but have'nt been in touch with him since Feb.
I had to move from the area because of fear of reprisals, during my marriage I was pyhiscally abused and verbally abussed from my wife and her family, hence the reason for moving away, I also have a six year old daughter what are my rights?
