Over sensitive mouse.

Hi, I have found that the 'mouse' on my Aspire 1690 is now ultra sensitive since I had to restore my laptop. I haven't personally changed the mouse settings so I can't understand why it has changed so much. I simply run the cursor over something and it selects it!
It used to work fine, where you would have to click (or sometimes double click) to select a link but now it jumps from one to another - it's driving me nuts.
Can anyone suggest a way I can get it back to its former, more friendly self?

You can got to the control panel and select the Mouse Icon.This should allow you to change the settings of the mouse.
