it has happened again, i tried posting an answer , and it does not show, what on earth is going on?

Did it ask you to log in first?

You might have been trying to post at the same time as the techies were editing this site.
Note the Quizzes section is no longer 'new' and puzzles has been added.

first, i had to sign in username and password, then it goes, type in your answer. i did, then it goes submit, i did. then normally the answer would appear immediately, but not today. see, that never, ever once happened before. i just don't know what is going on, i suppose it will remain a mystery, that's okay, worse things can happen in life.

Was the question you were answering have more than 1 page to it.I remember giving an answer but i didn't see it on the screen so i typed the answer again and still nothing.Then i noticed there was a page 2 to the question being answered.When i went to page 2 both my answers were there.

no, gerry, only one page. my answers are always very short.

I thought mine weren't appearing but it was because there were already 20 answers and mine were on the next page! Duh! Maybe it's that?
