Got my 2nd coldsore in a month... RAH! :-(

No I haven't tried it but I suffer from frequent cold sores too and it definitely looks worth a try. I'm going to give it a go.

I have suffered really badly since a child with cold sores. Last year I started taking Aloe Vera juice one to two tablespoons a day with some apple juice in the morning. It boosts your immune system. I havn't had one in over a year. Used to get them when stressed or run down but since the aloe vera juice nothing.

Give it a try I swear by it. It also helps with boaty belly too and is great for the digestive system. Holland and Barrett keep doing offers on them so I look out for the and stock pile.

I know what its like to have them they used to make me feel really run down as well as looking awful. Givethe Aloe juice a go to keep them at bay.
