Are any exchanges actually fully unbundled yet ?
My ISP claimed that my exchange was going to be last month - I enquired from BT and received a reply telling me that my ISP had not yet even asked for my exchange to be done - which led me to investigate further and found the website "http://www.samknows.com/broadband/llu-league.p hp" - but my ISP is not listed .....

About 10% are, which means there's a long way to go. Maybe your ISP own is using one of the LLU from the list that is working with BT to unbundle these things?

and it appears that the latest plans are for 2011 for BT 21CN (which apparently is the latest LLU system) - so I have another 5 years at least to wait
