I just bought a pair of crocs for work, they are the most comfortable shoe you can put on your feet, It would then be Dr Martens boots

I still have a pair of Diadora trainers i bought in Australia in 1992, they are so comfortable but i can only wear them when its dry coz they leak a bit!! :o)

P.S. How can any woman be expected to answer this question? So much choice, well Mrs007 has anyway!

I love my 'Tatty's'. They're denim trainers that are all frayed at the edges (they're meant to be like that). They're so comfy and casual. I'd buy more if I knew where to get them from. I'm also tempted by Crocs. Have heard good things about them.

chicklin, try the crocs, if you spend a lot of time on your feet especially. They are so light you barely know you have them on. I love them.
