window washer jets

my Ford c-max washer jets have stopped working.

When the button is pressed the motor can be heard andoccasionally there is a small jet to the windsvcreen but not the rear window.
I suspect there is a partial blockage in the reservoir so the question is - Can you tell me where the reservoir is located. I've cjhecked from the filler spout to where the tube goes into the bulkhead.

If you can take the pipe off the jets just give it a good blow job and this could cure your problem.

most new fords these days have the washer bottle behind the front bumper,a awkward place i know,but do as tourman says,maybe put a air hose on the pipes and blow it out.

Check that there is an air hole/vent in the cap of the washer bottle - I had a problem with my last car - it would pump ok for about 2 seconds then dwindle away - was almost on the verge of changing the pump when I happened to notice it blocked.
