My daughter has just given me a free Kellogs CDROM because it wont work on her PC but when I try to install it , it comes up with "You need to be logged on as a user with Administration rights to install Art Attack. Please ask a parent(My mother is 80!!) or someone with Admin. rights to log into this PC and restart the CDROM'
What does this mean and what do I do about it?

Thank you.

There are basically two types of users for Windows: admins, and limited users. The user you're logged into right now is a limited user.

When you turn on your computer you'll probably be presented with different usernames to choose from. One of them will be the one you're logged into now, and another will be one with admin abilities. You need to log into that one, and then put the CD in.
