I recall Quorn has egg in it, at college they used to have Quorn sandwitchs which seemed to just be made out of uncooked Quorn chunks and it was lovely, but im told that i should not eat anything with egg in it unless its cooked.. any ideas?
Cook it first? The egg in quorn has been heat treated, though so the risk is less than it could be but giving it a bit of a steam shouldnt hurt it too much?
