Cross Trainers
3 Answers
Hi guys, i need some advice on cross trainers please, I've asked my mum & dad to buy me one for xmas as i really want to get fit & lose weight, especially from my stomach.
Would this help me to lose weight if i only used this or would i need to do other exercise to?
Plus how good are they really at helping with weight loss, does anyone else have one?
TIA x

I suspect the only way you will really lose weight is to diet as well as exercise. If dieting is difficult, try eating heathily but eat smaller portions on a smaller plate. To lose inches around your stomach I suggest you buy yourself a good book of floor exercises, such as push ups, stomach crunches, etc and do them religiously every day although it will probably take several months before you notice much difference.. 15 minutes on a cross trainer will burn about 100 calories and probably just increase your weight by giving your stronger leg muscles which will weigh more !
