some developers are on record as saying that there will be no noticeable difference between the 2...apart from the money in your pocket if you get a 360 !

I posted an answer to a similar question, there are no real differences, although Gamespot compared the two and the 360 looks a lot better which is disapointing to say the least. Toodle Pip!
