I'm thinking of selling one of my properties. I don't use this particular one that much and it seems a shame just to leave it empty.
It's a five bed property all en suite. Large kitchen/diner and 3 reception rooms. Large conservatory and indoor swimming pool.
I'm not quite sure wether to sell it or rent it out as a holiday home.
I was also thinking of donating it to a charity, maybe for the homeless.
I'm in a bit of a quandry as what to do.
Any suggestions would be most helpful.

Why not look at our site and sell your property free of charge with no commission. We are fairly new but have already sold a property for a million. To get the site up and running, we are giving the first 50 places free. There are no time constraints on your listing and you decide how to word your ad. For more information contact [email protected] or go through our site: www.Des-Res.org.uk
Is this a joke?
Why rent it out as a holiday home and not all year round?

If you have no need of the money, you could donate the rent to a different charity each month, or even better you could sign it over to a womens refuge charity for say a period of 5 years and then review what you would like to do with the house after that time.
There is a shortage of "Safe" houses for women.
What a right pickle you've got yourself in sandy !! My heart absolutely bleeds.. Never mind, it could be worse - you could be working non stop, trying to feed a family, paying the mortgage and umpteen other bills and still getting nowhere. .....probably like the rest of the answerbankers... so if that's the worse thing that ever happens to you - you're not doing so bad are you.. bleedin' quandry..huh
