My mum's just out of hospital and the huge silver lining is that I get to do the cooking on my own this year!!! I've told my sister she's in charge of puddings (all shop bought). I will however be welcoming help with the peeling of veg as I'm not a total fool.

You are very welcome Tony - we have a little bit of a small town feel I think - but we live in the 3rd largest county in the State of Tennessee. Smaller thank Nashville, Tennessee and Knoxville, Tennessee and more laid back than Atlanta, Georgia:)
