Is there a website where family tax credits can be worked out in theory ?

The tax credits you get are based on the amount of income you had the year before.
If you have gone from a high income the year before to a lower paying job now, tell them you want it to be worked out on what you earn now, you have to nag them into doing it but they can do it.
