What do you do at christmas that makes you feel most christmasy?

Watch 'It's a wonderful life'
Watch a cartoon like 'The Christmas Racoons' or 'A Muppet Christmas Carol'
Sitting with all lights off except the twinkly Christmas tree lights...

I take a huge tin of sweets to the childrens hospice and cuddle those who are well enough, drive on to the dog shelter with a sack of bonios, toys, and cuddle some of the dogs too.........then I come home feeling really Christmassy.

Oh that's lovely zimzam. Enoying all the goodie's make me feel Christmassy but Im thinking of giving up my Xmas day to help in the kitchen's of a goodwill centre for the homeless.

Play In Dulci Jubilo on the recorder (much to the dismay of everyone around me)
Put my feathery deely boppers on.
This year I get Christmas Eve off too!!

it's weird but i only really feel christmassy till ive seen home alone!

I leave everything till the last minute so that I can concentrate the excitement into as short a time as poss keeping everything simple yet perfectly beautiful.

My top tip for xmas gift shopping for all those people you dont know what to get, is go to a good garden centre, no queues, no rushing, loads of pretty, useless and practical objects available, treat yourself to some hot chocolate and a mince pie in the cafe half way round, buy a few decoration and perhaps a nice tree.
On the way home stop off in a farm shop for your foody treats and you've got Chrismas done and dusted in an afternoon!

Well i buy a big tin of something like cadburys heros or quality street fpr Christmas the end of October and then usually ive finished them by 1st week of November..The tin comes in useful for the mince pies I make! Logical !!
