When you say she bites you- is it because she thinks you're playing and she's too rough? Or is it a "gerroff me now or i'll take your arm off" kind of bite? If it's the 2nd....you really need to be looking into why she won't let you brush her.

Be very firm - try putting your hand through her collar over the back of her neck and holding her still whilst brushing with the other hand.
If you don't stop this now, you will let her think she can get away with anything. Make sure the brush is gentle and only do a very small amount at a time, and praise and reward her if she allows it, and ignore her if she is struggling and trying to turn round and bite. Gradually extend the time and eventually you should be able to groom her without any fuss.

hi you dont say what type she is?. have you checked her skin?, have you changed the brush? also at that age they are really teething, so maybe buy her something to chew while you are brushing her, rawhide, pigs ears and nyla bones are very good. you need to make it into a game and not hold her down as this will make it worse. does she need to be brushed everyday?, let me knowand i might be able to help you more.
