my thighs and bottom have always been my 'problem area.' although recently ive been doing some simple exercises to tone up and ive cleaned up my diet a bit. the back of my thighs are still bad though. even when my muscle is tense they're all wobbly and gross! what can i do to tone it up? should i just move my lazy self and hit the gym? (if so, whats best: running? step machine?) thanks
for a short term fix, I buy a tube of mud face mask stuff.
Use this on your legs.
Obviously I know this not a long term fix but it will make you feel better.
