Is ther any way to email celebs direct to ask for their autographs?

If you really want to contact them for their autographs the least you can do is send an SAE - unlikely that their people would respond without one. So the answer's no: do it properly.

I have tried that but the reply from their agents was always 'here's the address, send an sae'. Whenever someone on certain sites list a celebs email address you never know who your really emailing! I got quite a collection by writing to the agent enclosing an sae, it's well worth it.

Best way, write to "celebs" at a theatre they are at, sending a SAE. Nows the best time, with pantos going on. All you will need do is find out who is on & at what theatre, then google for the address.

As Maz said, find a theatre that they are at and write to them there. Actually, if it's a local theatre hand deliver a letter and tip the doorman to deliver it. I've got many an autograph that way and some surprise invites backstage to meet people and collect their autograph in person.
