all progs of this ilk are recorded in bulk.it simply wouldnt be cost effective to get everyone in for an hour every day !

My mates aunt was on it last month, but it was actually filmed over a month before it was shown on tv.

Used to film 3 a day now do 2 as 3 was too tiring.

actually it does still record 3 a day, 1 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, i know cos i was there last week
