I am going on Thursday night and want to look my best but i can see a spot about to come up on my nose and also one on my cheek! I hardly ever get spots (and i hardly ever go out!) so can't believe my luck that it has happened now. Any ideas as to how i can get rid of them by Thursday?? Sensible suggestions only please x

Don't squeeze the little bu**er cos it will get worse and you'll end up with a scab that can't be covered with make up or cover up stick.
They only come out when you're going out thats the law of sod!! Sorry Boo2 don't know if you wear make up but can usually cover a multitude of sins wth a bit of foundation etc.

I agree with the toothpaste trick. I always reapply when it is totally dried out. Use Clearasil face wash morning and night and don't touch them in the meantime! If you wear foundation or bronzer, try and go without for a few days to keep pores clear. Hope it works out and you have fun on Thursday! xx
