Runny honey, gone all funny.

Can anyone tell me what has happened? I bought some runny honey about 2 weeks ago and it's gone funny. Kind of like, crystalized and hard? It's also not clear any more, more cloudy. Is it safe to eat still? Thanks for any help!

Sounds like it's just been kept in a cold place? Put it in a warmer place and it should revert to it's natural state. It is fine toe at

Thanks. It has been kept in the kitchen cupboard (the one on the wall!) Just goes to show how cold my house is at this time of year!

Mine does that too in winter!! It's just go cold, poor honey. It's perfectly fine to eat!

There's nothing wrong with your honey... simply place it in the microwave for just a short time (depends on the quantity) and it will turn back into the golden goodness you bought originally...

Like Clanad said .. pop it in the microwave ... be very, very careful ...it will be like molten lava when it comes out, just zap it for 10 seconds at a time until it's runny...
