LBJ on an aeroplane because JFK was shot.
But, football, surely that wasn't outside the USA. Wasn't he flying from Dallas to Washington?
Maybe they were in international airspace..despite being abouve the US?

The plane was on the field in Dallas...before they took off. Perhaps it was a vice president that was sworn in outside the USA?
