I know it's not much help but it sounds like a song that was used briefly in the film "Lock, Stock and two smoking barrells" so you may be able to find out from that.

The tinkly melody is from one of the spagetti westerns, either fistful of dollars or for a few dollars more. Will try and find the remix if there is one and let you klnow
