M & S Voices

Has anyone any idea who the lady is who does the voice over for the current TV M & S advert? The one with the very appetising chocolate pudding.

One of those annoying onesm - you think you know who it is but cannot put a name to it.

I haven't seen this ad for a week or more now, but I seem to remember thinking when I last saw it that it might be the actress Barbara Flynn (I think that's her name - she was the one who played Cracker's wife).

I was going to ask the same question myself.

It sounds very like Kristin Scott-Thomas's voiceover on the movie Microcosmos - though I'm not sure she'd need the work.

But what an annoying ad - actually it *is* 'just food'. A guaranteed channel flipper.

I have enquired of M & S and they tell me that the actress is Dervla Kirwan - she of "BallykissAngel"

hi, the woman is actuall hermoine norris who played karen in cold feet and is in wire in the blood with robson green

Sorry 'boobesque' but if you read my previous, you will see that I have actually been incontact with M & S, who state that the actress is definitely Dervla Kirwan.  If you know different then I suggest you get in touch with M & S

Well, apart from blackcat73(who actually went to M&S to ask this), you are all wrong. IT IS Dirvla Kirwan she of Ballykissangel and Goodnight Sweetheart etc... What a sensational voice! makes me feel all warm and gooey inside.

I was reading up information on the lovely lady after reading an interview on her and it was stated that she did the voice over. So sorry to dissapoint the others.
