What do these mean?

When my computer is starting up, I get 3 messages, as follows: cannot find cddrv32.exe. Also, Could not load or run cddrv32.exe. And finally, Error loading C:\progra~1\newdot~1\newdot~2.dll. I haven't got a clue what they mean. Can anyone help please? Thanks.

I should have said I'm using Windows XP.
