What are pods casts? and how do i get them and puit them on my ipod?

podcasts are audio programmes on all sorts of subjects that can be downloaded and listened to on an mp3 player. You can either subscribe via itunes store (select podcasts) or by going to the site where you want it from ... eg the bbc radio five live site for the mark kermode movie review podcast
