screen size

Yep ive got a few questions on here but its because i just got my laptop back from suposedly geting fixed and now its all messed up.Anyway ive just been on ebay and the screen size is different,i used to be able to view all the page...picture,item discription and price etc all in one but now its just the pic and discription and have to move the arrow at the bottem of the page to scroll across.I know this is just minor but its realy bugging me what do i do to get back to normal.cheers

Is the font very big on the eBay pages?

It would be unusual (but not impossible) if a repair to a laptop resulted in changes to your browser's display settings. It's more likely that the screen resolution has been changed. (That would also be consistent with your laptop being 'all messed up').

Right-click on the desktop. Select 'Properties' and click on the 'Settings' tab. If the 'Screen Area' slider isn't set to maximum, drag it fully across to the right. Click 'Apply' and then 'OK'
(Those instructions apply to Windows ME but XP should be fairly similar).

the fonts could be bigger,cheers chris it was on max so that isnt it.

Try adjusting the text size in your browser. In both IE6 (probably in IE7 as well) and FF2, you can access this from the 'View' menu.
