To shed crocodile tears ? . . . . (reptile not animal)
well done, johnalex.
I,too, was stuck with this (among 6 others!)
Crocodile is an animal (even man is an animal - mankind before anyone accuses me of being sexist)
I know there is 2 months to go with this quiz but getting a bit stuck and bored with it. Keep doing easier ones instead
Hi Gill - Looks like we're safe with 'crocodile', I just wasn't sure how strict the rules were for this comp. Presumably snakes and lizards also qualify ( . . . . alongside wimmin !!).

Regarding the odd Qs you're stuck with I guess there's no harm in requesting help on a 'one at a time' basis, to avoid upsetting the natives, some of whom are very accurate spear throwers! Regards, ja

Many thanks johnalex - I thought it was to 'cry' crocodile tears, but 'shed' fits just as well. Some of the answers to this quiz are rather strange e.g. as 'naughty/noisy' as a cartload of monkeys which I always thought was as 'crafty' as a cartload of monkeys. I'll press on with the rest now. Good luck everyone.
