its the one where the girl walks in and says " feedback" to her boss and then starts to shred it, but he looks at one and says "i know how we can erase the problem...... lets close the branch"!!!

to which the sensible one (who i think was colins boyfriend in eastenders years ago???? but i am so unsure???
