Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

4 down.Guardian backers arent.! 11 letters.I have p?t??o??i?t.It is two words.
I am in a bit of a muddle with 18 across.Near miss perhaps.I have put The Maid of Honour.but cannot solve 13 down or 15 down with those letters.
have insect for 23 across which is again not helping with 15 down. which I think should be alone. the clue being solitary overweight chap.

Hi ss2 - thanks for your help with two big clues. Any ideas on 7D Quarters beyond a city road (???E) 9A Tracks laid by one man (R???) Is 10A Ultra - if so, why ? Getting stuck on the little ones today ! Happy New Year to you

Thanks again - I feel a right fool, as an ex-Lieutenant, RN - maybe this year has gone on too long - though it's certainly been an interesting and unpredictable one, Xword-wise!
