red bull is a complete con you are paying top prices for fizzy water, the people that market this crap should be in jail.

Just to demonstrate how stupid British people can be I saw a young woman in a pub in York pay six pounds for 4 half pint bottles of water, the stupid cow obviously has a bigger income than she has brain capacity
don't bother with energy drinks, they are just full of sugar and E numbers (not good for you at all). Just give yourself a healthier way of eating, plenty of sleep and plenty of good clean water when thirsty. Limit your alchohol and rest alot.... I'm not a health freak before you think it.... just love life. I keep to the above and I'm full of energy.
