What did you do?

Drove to N Wales to visit best freind in the world. 2 and a half hours to get there Saturday; the drive home today took 4 and a half....

Saw in the new year there in the local pub with her and my hubbie. Was good to lark about , rip roaring drunk and not have to worry about ever seeing the other locals again (she never goes to that pub any other day of the year!)

Now feeling it's time for a little lie down....

I went to bed 10:30..... my hubby was working 7am New Years Day so we had an early night......

Sounds like you had a great time in North Wales, though! Whereabouts did you go, in Wales.

Hello sunflower, I am in North Wales, why didn't you pop in for a drink ? We just stayed in last night, got through two bottles of champagne though, lovely jubbly, Have a great new year, Ray xx

awww Ray!! If only we had known. I am sure you would have had fun down the pub though, what a giggle.
They were selling Harveys red by the bottle, a snip at �5.50, I should move up there (but would never be out the pub at those prices)
Amber we were in Mancot, kind of near both Queensferry and Chester, on the border. Happy new Year xx

Flew to Cardiff from Tunisia, drove to (near) Aberystwyth, unpacked the cases, did a machine load of washing, had a (very) large vodka & cranberry, went to bed about 10pm.
