Unknown song - got some lyrics though.. help please x

I do this all the time, I'm in a shop, I catch the tail end of a song on the radio etc etc.. as I'm sure we all do. What I also do it try to grab a few lyrics and always write them in a text message and save them.

Then I start pulling my hair out because I can't find them when I get home lol..

So I have some lyrics here, not much info to go with them - Any input appreciated..

'Close the shutters. In our time. Scarlet rivers' - It doesn't make sense to me, but it must have been great or I wouldn't have written it down.

If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful..

I'm really sorry, i don't think i know it. There was a couple of songs I was thinking of but now i've checked them out i've realised it's not them. Just so you know who I was thinking of...... Phish, Jimmy Buffet and a band called Scarlet River. Sorry. Hope you find your song.
