Hey Princess, firstly - don't panic! At just 23 and with a good solid degree behind you, the world is your oyster. It's no bad thing that you're actually taking your time to decide on a career that matches your interests/abilities - after all, you'll be working hard enough at it over the nexyt40 years so good on you for pausing for thought at this stage.
Social Work is a challenging and rewarding career. You can branch into many areas post-training: outreach fieldwork, mental health etc etc. I think a lot of Universities interview for these PG courses, and they always prefer it if you have some kind of voluntary experience (though this depends on which uni you're applying to).
Remember that your degree is very transferrable, and well regarded by most sectors - not just AHP. Take your time, and do your research.
Have you looked at the LearnDirect site for inspiration? They have a database of some 3000 roles, and how to go about applying.
Good luck :o)
