chocolate fountain

I got a chocolate fountain for xmas and just wanted to know once the chocolate is mixed with oil is it save to a) leave it on the basin with out the aguer making it flow...then puting the auger back on a few hours later
and b) can the chocolate be pored out of the basin after ive used it (were still talking about chocolate mixed with oil here btw) and then use the chocolate again on a different day, or is this likely to make me ill?

you can leave the chocolate oil mix in the bowl part of the founatin without it on flow as long as you keep the bowl part on the heat setting.
You can also save the chocolate oil mix for a few weeks after use and place it in the fridge.
