Bradford's crossword books

We have heard mention of these books on this site. However, there are 2 very similar titles - Collins Bradford's Crossword solver's dictionary and Collins Bradford's crossword companion.

We would appreciate advice on which of these to get.

I have the bradfords crossword dictionary,and another bradfords crossword lists,I don't have the crosssword companion,I find them both very good,as I do a lot of different quizzes,it's your choice

I use Bradford's Crossword Solver's Dictionary , and find it very helpful.. so much so it is falling apart !

Bradford Crossword lists are excellent for rooting out difficult words.

WH Smith seem to have a good offer on Croossword Solver & Crosswoerd Lists at the moment. I would advise you buy

I also have Bradford's Crossword Solver's Dictionary . Ideal for cryptic crosswords.
I don't have Bradfords Lists however but Chambers Crossword Lists which is also very good.

My present from Santa was the Crossword Solvers Dictionary from Waterstones. Woolworths did have them quite a bit cheaper at one point so would suggest look in Woolies first. I am in love with mine !!! xx

Love mine too. Got Bradford's crossword dictionary & Bradfords crossword book of lists with a free crossword book as a christmas present. W H Smiths all for �10.98 so my husband tells me - brilliant and recommended by an ABer

gasbaggertie...for what it's worth, I bought Bradford's Crossword Solver, after advice from this site..and I love it! Am now after the Bradford Crossword Lists. Don't know about the Crossword companion.

Anyway ..make sure you get the most recent edition. I find cryptics difficult, but the BC Solver has been a great help.
