(You haven't made it clear!)
If that is the case, it is a simple matter of buying a router, and connecting all pcs by ethernet to the router, or wirelessly.
You may need to buy suitable wireless cards to adapt your pcs.
Apologies if I have the wrong end of the stick.

If you have an existing router, you can normally connect up to 4 pcs (desktops or laptops) by ethernet cable.
You would not need another router.
If you only have a modem that allows only 1 connection, you will need to buy one router and another ethernet cable.
Check with tiscali, as I am not sure, but you may be able to replace the broadband modem with a combined modem/router to save space.
I have just looked at the tiscali site and they are selling routers at a reasonable price:

Make sure you can connect all the pcs you need to at the same time before you buy.
