What can I do to tone my bum? It got big in the last coupla months.

I already go to the gym & do classes so I guess I just need to taylor what I do to my specific problem!

Hmmm, i dont know what your money situation is like, but get one of them V-Fit air walkers. they are about �99. You can feel it working, but you have to stick to a routine like anything else. they are good cos you can just watch tv whilst your on it...
Or, while you're at the gym, you could use any of the stair / climbing machines - you know the ones? I've seen bots fall off when people use them all the time. I never use them coz I have no bum at all and spend my time trying to make it bigger! We could share the gym without getting in each other's way!
Lunges help a lot, especially to get a good "Jeans" Bum. BUT to make sure you really work had you need to add a step too. Get into a normal lunge position, but instead of your front foot being flat on the floor put it on a step. Make sure you are on the toes of your back foot, do not let your heel down. When lunging ensure you lunge straight down, making sure your front knee does not move over your front foot (keeping 90 degrees). You get a more intense lower lunge, it really hurts, burns like hell, but your bum will hopefully show your efforts.

We do lunges in my LBT class, but I'm clearly doing them wrong coz my "B" bas blatently grown! I'm quite horrified! :-(

Noticed my friend on the stepper machine the other day so got her to show me how to use it... I managed 5 mins... she was on there for 20!! Least I know it's worth persevering with!
