Cyprus or Santorini
We're looking to book our honeymoon and have been looking at these 2 destinations. We have decided that as we are getting married in June we might as well stick to Europe and have been recommended these places. Has anyone been to both or either of these places? Can anyone tell me how much eating/drinking out is? We've looked at the Grecian Park Hotel in Cyprus, has anyone been?
Sorry for all the questions!
Thanks in advance!!

Enjoy
I certainly recommend Cypus - variety of scenery, range of options to stay - luxury hotels, cosy b7b, ecotourism options or all inclusives, and the scenery and secluded places to escape to would make it a good choice.
Have a look at Polis on the north west coast. Also maybe stay inland - Pano Panagia is nice, in the hills by the Cedar Valley. Pafos is maybe nicer than some of the other coastal resorts.
If you hire a car, get a 4x4 - you will be very grateful...Costwise, if you avoid the main tourist streets and locations you may be quite surprised at the prices - generally cheaper than equivalent UK rates.
Meze is the best option for a meal of course- range of upto 20 dishes served as little tasters that soon fill you up - food is generally very good, and the locals (horrible expression but has to be used) will be delighted to offer a taste of the true Cyprus if you let them - join in and have fun - once the zivania starts flowing, (homemade if you are lucky after the grape harvest - anything upto 90% proof.....! ) you'll have a load of new friends and ahoneymoon like no other.
Have a great time!
