upper brake light for vintage car

I have a 1985 300ZX Nissan and I am very proud of it. I would like to install an additional brake light on the top of the back hatch door (like many of the newer models). Does anyone have any suggestions?

A 1985 car is not vintage.

Fit one inside the top of the rear windscreen, like this......
