Although it is made from whole wheat, the end product contains about 5-6% moisture. I imagine this in order for it to keep its shape. The wheat is mixed with water with a 50% moisture content which is then baked down to the 5%. So the two ingredients are wheat and water.
In terms of nutrition, the �mix� of one �biscuit� ends up containing about 74 calories and 2.2grammes of fibre. Of course there are lots of other tiddly things like sugars, calcium, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, zippy, george and bungle, all of which I believe are naturally occurring in the weat & whater (!)
