there is a website which feature the controls of video games - but i cant recall it - any ideas? as i want to avoid strafeing fps as i find this very awkward

Ive played many fps games and have never once used 'strafe'.

I don't think I've EVER played a first person shooter where you couldn't strafe. God I hate that word 'strafe', it's bleeding side stepping.

You don't have to strafe. Just do whatever's best for you.

just realised payne and serious sam are rpgs!

i use strafe a lot, its great for if your being shot at and need to return fire while avoiding fire yourself, otherwise the other person just has to shoot straight!
